3. Transition Pathways Dataset

To improve the quality of our business route recommendations, we may use anonymized and aggregated data from user analyses to build our proprietary Transition Pathways Dataset. This process involves:

• Anonymization: All personally identifiable information (names, email addresses, specific employers, contact details) is stripped from the data before inclusion
• Aggregation: Individual data points are combined into aggregate patterns (e.g., "professionals with 10+ years in finance tend to succeed in consulting")
• Opt-out: You may opt out of having your anonymized data included in the dataset by emailing support@aicreatorstack.ai
• No re-identification: The anonymized data in the Transition Pathways Dataset cannot be used to re-identify individual users

4. AI Data Processing

When you use the Service, your career artifacts are processed by third-party AI models (OpenAI) to generate recommendations. We want you to understand:

• Your uploaded content is sent to AI model providers for real-time analysis
• AI providers process data per their own privacy policies and data processing agreements
• We do not use your personal data to train third-party AI models; data is processed for inference only
• AI-generated output is stored in our database linked to your analysis ID

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist in operating the Service (hosting, AI processing, payment processing, analytics), bound by contractual obligations to protect your data
